Sourced from 1,500 grower-members of Café Organics Marcala, these beans are cultivated at 1300–1700m in rich clay mineral soils. Fully washed and sun-dried, they capture the clean sweetness and depth that Honduras is known for. And as always, every bag is roasted the same day it ships — so you taste the story at its freshest.
